【KingSung School】The 16th Advanced Training in Microsurgery

In order to enhance the understanding of national agents and surgical sales personnel on the products and enable them to operate the anastomotic device correctly and skillfully, the 16th advanced training in microsurgery sponsored by KingSung school was completed perfectly in Tianjin plant of KingSung medical on March 30, 2019.


The training lasted for two days, 50 people from sales, agents, surgical research and development, quality inspection and Marketing Department participated in the training. We specially invited Qiu Shenqiang, deputy director of physician in Shandong provincial hospital, as the consultant lecturer. Qiu Shengqiang, and product managers from KingSung Medical marketing dept, and several experienced sales managers formed a super lecture group. Let's review this training tour together.

 

On the first day of training, a thorough examination of basic surgical knowledge was carried out. The purpose was to enable students to fully understand their current knowledge shortcomings through examinations, and urged students to be more engaged in the learning of various modules in the subsequent training.



 

The first part of the training was the theoretical learning of microsurgery. From the clinical point of view, the development history of microsurgery and the key points of microsurgery knowledge were explained by director Qiu Shenqiang from Shandong provincial hospital. In the training, director Qiu Shared the actual cases of surgery with the students, and combined the theory with clinical practice to fill the blind spots of the students in the basic knowledge of microsurgery.



 

The second part of the training was a comprehensive analysis of anastomotic device. Three lecturers, including product manager Wang Weiwei, senior sales manager Yu Qingtian and Yu Guangyong, from marketing dept of KingSung Medical, interpreted the knowledge of Coupler anastomotic device products, analyzed the application experience and practical cases, and answered common clinical questions on the spot. In this process, while strengthening theoretical knowledge, sales experience sharing helped the promotion of sales volume. In addition, Wang Baozhu, direct sales manager of north region shared the sales methods and skills of anastomotic device , and defined sales as providing value to customers from the perspective of products and support.






 

As for the third part of the training, the trainees are divided into two groups (25 / group). For team one, instructors Wang Weiwei, Yu Qingtian, Yu Guangyong, Zhang Qian  guided the students hand in hand to practice the product, from dressing correctly and wearing gloves to connecting blood vessels with anastomotic device.Instructors patiently taught the students, while students leaned very seriously.The configuration of specialized laboratory also provided a good learning atmosphere for practical operation.



 

For team two, under the leadership of GM Chen Siyan, chief examiners Wang Baozhu, and Wang Chunyan, an examination of ROLE PALY was carried out.Three people in a group, they showed themselves according to the topic and made traps for each other during situation simulation such as procedure follow-up, maintaining the current customers, etc. This process showed the questions in actual situation vividly and the students’ responses were pretty good.. After the end of the assessment, GM Chen made spicy comments on the site, and made a penetrating analysis of the problems presented in the simulation and the problems that may occur in the actual work, which pushed the training to the climax of interaction.


 

Afterwards, the two groups of students exchanged places and completed the module exchange. The lecturer taught carefully, the student learned earnestly. The first day of training didn’t finish until 9 PM.

 

On March 31, the last day of the training, the students were still divided into two groups. The "chicken leg operation"evaluation and the theoretical evaluation were conducted at the same time. While the students were stressed, the lecturers were also under pressure.




 

After the assessment, two lecturers, Wang Weiwei and Wang Chunyan, introduced the products and taught the sales skills and mainly promoting products of year 2019.

 

The most wonderful part is the procedure follow-up assessment of ROLE PLAY , which completely reproduces the actual scene. Facing the harsh examiners, every student must give full play to their professional quality and strain capacity. Through the simulation exercise, the students showed a lot of problems, then GM Chen led the students to analyze and review. She not only pointed out the shortcomings of their understanding of the operation, but also put forward the correct sales ideas and methods. This link obtained everybody's consistent high praise and everybody was longing for more.


 

After two days of tense and enrich learning and examination, all students did their best and associated with very good grades. Among them, Wang Yadong (from Fujian haoding) won the first prize, Yang Haisen (from Fujian haoding) and Yang Yanyan (from north zone of direct sales)won second prize, Li Zhaolong (from KingSung surgical distribution), Li Junsheng(from north zone of direct sales) , and Chen Xiujing (from Fujian haoding) won third prize. KingSung is so proud of your excellence.


 

Of course, the performance of sales team was pretty good too. Fujian haoding medical equipment co., ltd. became the biggest winner of the training,winning the first, second and third prizes.


 

The successful implementation of the 16th advanced microsurgery training needed the strong support of leaders and colleagues of all KingSung departments, the active cooperation of agents and partners, and the whole-heart input of all participants, which was also the result of our joint efforts!
